*Born between May 1, 2004 and April 30, 2001*. (Must be minimum age 14 and under age 17 by May 1, 2018) (May not turn 18 in the year 2018.)

* Be of Latin American, Caribbean, or Iberian origin by birth or ancestry and residing legally in the United States.

* Reside continuously in the State of Georgia for a minimum of six months prior to January 1, 2018 or have current student/work status in the state of Georgia

* Be single, born female, never given birth to a child, nor been a parent.

* Have an attractive appearance and personality, and a good reputation.

* Be able to travel within the United States.
